Why this quote?
I’ve always been the kind of person that has been able to look on the bright side. Laughter is the best thing in the world. When I had postnatal depression, it hit me like a tonne of bricks and I struggled every day, with every part of motherhood.
But remembering this quote made me a) try to realise that the bad times would soon pass to good but also b) made me realise that even though I was struggling, I had to enjoy the good times. No matter how difficult it was.

What can you tell us about this photo?
It was a couple of months ago with my two darling wee girls. I adore them and am thankful that those dark days past.
