Why this quote?
The things I’ve learned through a colourful life. Everything you do, do it with love. We get one chance at this thing called life and it doesn’t come with a manual. A good friend recently said to me “Adulting is for professionals”. We make it up as we go, we all have stories to tell be it good or bad, depending on the choices we make, there are certainly no guarantees.
So my advice.
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
Don’t worry about what others think of you.
Show kindness and empathy, love yourself well, by nourishing your Mind, Body and Soul.
